Within Australia, we deliver to you with Australia Post.

  • As an Australian owned and operated business with our warehouse based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney we offer fast and reliable dispatch of your order using the Australia Post Network.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location and your postage choice.

  • Delivery with Authority to Leave means that Australia Post will leave your parcel in your letterbox or at your front door.

  • If you live in a unit block or feel that there is no safe place for the parcel to be left, we recommend you select the Signature on Delivery option.

  • We do deliver outside of Australia although we take no responsibility for any taxes or duties that are charged.

We are happy for you to collect your order from our office/warehouse if you are close by. Your order must be placed over the phone however as there is no shipping option for this service online.

Please phone us on 02 9905 1462 so that you are not charged for shipping.

Lost or Damaged Items

Although damage or loss in transit is rare, it can happen. Please Contact Us to report a lost or damaged item.

Lost items will be replaced, unless the tracking says it was delivered. 

Returns & Exchanges

You can return an item (including your first pair of knickers) within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Please complete the Return or Exchange Form included with your order, and post the item(s) along with the form to:

  • Please retain proof of postage.
  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Exchange item(s) will be posted at Bella Bodies' expense.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, in new condition and with tags attached.
  • Multipacks must include all items in the pack or the return cannot be processed.
  • Please allow 5 business days for your Return or Exchange to be processed, from the date we receive your item(s).
  • Funds are automatically sent back to the payment method used at checkout. It may take up to 10 business days to clear in your account.
  • For missing, damaged or faulty items, please contact or 02 9905 1462 as soon as possible.


Or, use the Australia Post Easy Returns Portal and save a trip to the Post Office.

You may use the Bella Bodies Australia Post Returns Portal to return your item at a fixed price of $9.15 paid directly to Australia Post, from the comfort of your home. 

Step 1: Log in to the Returns Portal HERE.

Step 2: Fill in a few simple details and pay for postage so we can create a return postage label for you.

Step 3: Print your label at home and post in a street Posting Box.

Alternatively, take your packaged items and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (marked with a printer symbol on Maps) and they’ll print it for you.

Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies.

Step 4: You'll recieve a confirmation email when we receive your parcel.
