Fast Delivery & Easy Returns
Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you using Australia Post.
- As an Australian owned and operated business with our warehouse based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney we offer fast and reliable dispatch of your order using the Australia Post Network.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location and your postage choice.
- Delivery with Authority to Leave means that the Australia Post will leave your parcel in your letterbox or at your front door.
- If you live in a unit block or feel that there is no safe place for the parcel to be left we recommend you select the Signature on Delivery Option.
- We do deliver outside of Australia although we take no responsibility for any taxes or duties that are charged.

Although damage or loss in transit is rare, however it can happen and we will take responsibility for it unless tracking says it was delivered. Please call us should you receive a damaged item or to report that a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame.
FREE LOCAL PICK UPS - We are happy for you to collect your order from our office/warehouse if you are close by. There is no shipping option available on our store for local pick up so your order must be placed over the phone with us to utilise this option.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return an item (including your first pair of knickers) within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please include your packing list and the details of the return or exchange.
We ask that the garment has not been worn, all labels are attached and that you have taken care to protect the garment when posting. Return postage costs are at your expense and refunds are for the item only (not postage costs), we will however send exchange items at no additional postage (exchanges are for incorrect size selection and must be for the same product and are for Australian Orders only) - Please see below for Australia Post Easy Returns Portal saving you a trip to the post office.
Bella Bodies garments are manufactured to a very high standard but very occasionally there can be a manufacturing fault. For all product faults contact must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order by phone or email. We are happy to replace items with faults as long as we are notified within 30 days of your purchase.

How do I return products to Bella Bodies?
Australia Post Easy Returns Portal
You may use the Bella Bodies Australia Post Returns Portal to return your item at a fixed price of $8.95 paid directly to Australia Post, all from the comfort of your home.
Step 1: Log in HERE to the returns portal.
Step 2: Fill in a few simple details and pay for postage so we can create a return postage label for you
Step 3: Print your label at home and lodge your return in a Street Posting box OR take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they’ll print it for you. Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies.
We'll email you to:
1. Confirm your parcel booking and supply QR code or label for printing.
2. Confirm your parcel is on it's way with a tracking number once posted.
3. Confirm your parcel has arrived at Bella Bodies.

We endeavour to process all refunds within 3 business days from the date items are received.
If not using the returns portal please ensure you get tracking on your return to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
