Express Shipping
When express shipping is selected we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. Bella Bodies cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once it has been collected by Australia Post.
For deliveries outside of Australia we take no responsibility for any taxes or duties that are charged. The parcel will be marked "gift" on the customs declaration.
Delivery
- As an Australian owned and operated business with our warehouse based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney we offer fast and reliable dispatch of your order using the Australia Post Network.
- We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location and your postage choice.
- If you live in a unit block or feel that there is no safe place for the parcel to be left, we recommend you select the Signature on Delivery option.
- We do deliver outside of Australia although we take no responsibility for any taxes or duties that are charged.

Items with Delayed Shipping Dates
Sometimes we offer pre-sale items which can be ordered now and shipped at a later date. All details will be advised on the product page.
To decrease your postage costs and in an effort to be as eco-friendly as possible, we ship orders with multiple items all together. Sometimes this means a slight delay while waiting on a pre-sale item to be available for packing. The delayed shipping date is advised on the product page.

Call & Collect
We are happy for you to collect your order from our office/warehouse if you are close by. Your order must be placed over the phone however as there is no shipping option for this service online.

Lost or Damaged Items
Although damage or loss in transit is rare, it can happen. Please Contact Us to report a lost or damaged item.
Lost items will be replaced, unless the tracking says it was delivered.
